Job Description

Customer Expansion Partner driving client growth and retention at Upfluence through relationship management and data-driven insights. Responsible for upsell and cross-sell strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies for upsells, cross-sells, and account retention.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and consistent support.
  • Proactively address issues, implement solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to minimize churn.
  • Serve as the customer’s voice within Upfluence, sharing feedback to influence product improvements and enhance the overall experience.
  • Monitor and report on account performance metrics, using data to inform strategies and optimize results.

Requirements:

  • A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to align business strategy to client needs.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or sales, with a track record of achieving retention or sales goals.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to uncover growth opportunities and address challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
