Job Description
Manager of Customer Growth owning GMV and expansion for Archive’s branded resale partners. Managing strategic accounts, profitability, and cross-functional growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the GMV outcome for a portfolio of approximately 15 mid-tier brand partners
- Build and maintain relationships with brand stakeholders
- Run regular brand meetings and QBRs
- Represent Archive to senior brand stakeholders and executives
- Navigate missed targets, scope disputes, and escalations
- Own growth theses and expansion strategies for each brand
- Lead expansion conversations in existing markets and partner on new-market expansion
- Build analytics, forecasting, and line-by-line P&Ls to track and drive portfolio profitability
- Develop business cases for strategic bets and pitch upsells
- Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership on contracts and pricing
- Collaborate with Marketing on cross-functional initiatives, brand summits, and event speakers
- Work with Customer Success to resolve escalated support and storefront issues
- Coordinate with CX on B2C customer experience matters
- Partner with Product to prioritize high-impact, high-profit features
Requirements:
- Experience owning revenue outcomes across a high-volume portfolio of brand or client accounts in customer success, account management, or a commercial role
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; comfortable managing competing timelines across a large account book
- Charismatic, tenacious, and optimistic; comfortable navigating pushback and selling stakeholders on new ideas
- Executive presence; able to engage with senior brand stakeholders in settings like QBRs
- Self-directed leadership and full ownership of accounts
- Creative, scrappy problem-solving
- Fluency with AI tools
- Motivation to prototype reports, workflows, and tooling in Claude
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or resale/recommerce industry (nice to have)
- Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environment (nice to have)
