Job Description

Project Manager for Hospital Patient Monitoring ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective project execution and local engagement in Poland. Coordinating complex project tasks and communicating with stakeholders in hospital settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Engages with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance and resolving advanced issues to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Applies independent judgment under limited supervision to drive project success and compliance, cultivating effective relationships with internal and external partners
  • Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation and achievement of project milestones
  • Analyzes project performance data and metrics to offer strategic insights that optimize outcomes, enhance customer value, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Evaluates project risks, issues, and changes requests, collaborating with project managers on mitigation strategies to ensure project success while maintaining customer trust

Requirements:

  • Strong IT and systems background
  • Hands-on experience working in software-heavy environments, ideally within complex or enterprise-scale solutions
  • Communicate confidently in Polish and English
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders while staying highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in software-based systems and system configuration
  • Ability to discuss network topics such as connectivity, infrastructure, and technical parameters
  • Manage large-scale deployments involving hundreds or thousands of devices
  • Work effectively under time pressure, set priorities, resolve issues, and coordinate closely with engineers, Order Management, and customer teams
  • Comfortable engaging directly with hospital customers
  • Valid B driving license required
