Job Description
Project Coordinator managing healthcare program activities remotely in New Mexico. Supporting project workstreams, meetings, and documentation efforts for ICF's public health initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage meeting cadence, action tracking, and follow-up across project workstreams.
- Coordinate inputs for status updates and team briefings.
- Improve coordination processes to support consistency and efficiency.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and webinars.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials and minutes, and action logs.
- Maintain team meeting calendars.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting projects.
- Experience maintaining structured documentation, trackers, and reporting workflows in compliance-driven settings.
- Experience coordinating meetings, maintaining action logs, and supporting cross-functional teams in complex implementation environments.
- Associate’s in public health, public administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing project coordination, program support, within public-sector, healthcare, or grant-funded environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments.
