Job Description
Project Manager driving operational efficiency and growth for a driver education school in Illinois. Collaborating with teams to implement strategies and oversee project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support company growth and efficiency.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
- Guide team members, delegate tasks appropriately, and maintain accountability across all active projects.
- Communicate consistently with leadership on project progress, KPI performance, and challenges with proposed solutions.
- Create and track KPIs, reports, and operational goals to measure and drive results.
- Support sales planning, lead generation, and relationship-building efforts.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of clear, consistent reporting to leadership.
- Experience creating and tracking KPIs, operational reports, and performance goals.
- Solid understanding of sales strategy, operational planning, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and drive accountability.
- Experience in the driving school, educational services, or a similar regulated service industry in the United States (Good to have).
- Background in customer service operations, scheduling, or compliance-driven environments (Good to have).
- Experience with operational scaling and partnership development (Good to have).
