Job Description

Onboarding Project Manager leading implementation of flydocs solutions to airlines and MROs. Managing customer onboarding and collaboration for operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customers through every stage of the onboarding journey – from kick-off through go-live and into post-go-live adoption
  • Build trust and credibility with airline and MRO stakeholders by combining project rigour with genuine aviation domain knowledge
  • Support customers through the operational change management that comes with adopting flydocs solutions into their day-to-day workflows
  • Identify and foster product champions within customer organisations to drive adoption and long-term advocacy
  • Help customers streamline their processes and realise measurable operational efficiencies
  • Deliver projects on time and within scope, maintaining commercial discipline and protecting margins
  • Track and report project health accurately – flagging risks early rather than absorbing them
  • Adopt a continuous improvement mindset, identifying ways to make onboarding more repeatable and scalable
  • Contribute to the development of onboarding playbooks, templates, and training materials that strengthen the wider PS team
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding and implementation phases
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Define & Plan the scope and schedule of the customer's project from Kick-Off to Go-Live
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, proactively addressing any risks or issues
  • Conduct regular status updates and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to customers to facilitate the successful adoption of Flydocs solutions
  • Gather feedback from customers post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements

Requirements:

  • Aviation industry depth : Significant hands-on experience in aircraft technical records, airworthiness compliance, or aviation asset management – ideally across multiple regulatory environments (EASA, FAA, CAR 145). You understand how airlines and lessors actually operate, not just in theory
  • Project and planning experience: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams – coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deliver on time. Experience in onboarding, planning, or implementation roles within aviation is highly valued
  • flydocs product familiarity : Experience with flydocs DRM and/or LAM products, or equivalent records management and asset management platforms. Familiarity with how these tools are used operationally by airline and lessor customers is a significant advantage
  • Stakeholder and change management : Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels – from operational teams to senior customer contacts. Comfortable leading customer-facing meetings, workshops, and status reviews
  • Data and reporting skills : Strong analytical approach with experience using tools to track performance, identify risks, and support decision-making
  • Digital transformation experience : Experience supporting customers through digitisation or system migration projects, particularly in compliance-heavy or records-intensive environments
  • SaaS implementation experience : Exposure to SaaS product rollouts, software integrations, or structured implementation methodologies. Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus but not required
  • Collaboration & Teamwork : Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams, fostering direct and transparent two-way communication and feedback.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Clear, confident communicator in English – written and verbal. Able to adapt style for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Autonomy & Adaptability : Capacity to independently manage complex and evolving project conditions with resilience and flexibility.
  • Flexibility & Travel : Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required. Services may be delivered onsite to customers or remotely via web sessions.

Benefits:

  • Remote-first working with genuine flexibility through our BeFlex benefits programme – choose what works for you across holiday, pension, professional development, or additional pay
  • Access to a leading LMS portal and support for formal professional development
  • Events and team-building throughout the year, both virtual and in-person
