Job Description

Customer Service Representative for U Trust Insurance Agency, assisting clients with inquiries and insurance solutions. Engaging with clients in a dynamic and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests received via phone or email.
  • Forward inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Issue certificates of insurance and verify coverage as needed.
  • Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
  • Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and changes.
  • Process insurance applications, claims, and payments efficiently.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven customer service experience in a similar role (insurance industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian language is required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity and experience with Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
