Job Description
Customer Service Representative for U Trust Insurance Agency, assisting clients with inquiries and insurance solutions. Engaging with clients in a dynamic and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests received via phone or email.
- Forward inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Issue certificates of insurance and verify coverage as needed.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and changes.
- Process insurance applications, claims, and payments efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to customer interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role (insurance industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian language is required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity and experience with Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
