Job Description
Remote Customer Service Representative supporting U.S.-based clients through various communication channels. Focusing on customer satisfaction and professional support while maintaining records of interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms.
- Assist with order status, product information, billing questions, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints or concerns, using good judgment and empathy.
- Deliver solutions that align with company policies while ensuring a positive experience.
- Use CRM systems and support platforms to log interactions, track issues, and update customer records.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
- Follow support SOPs and contribute to updating documentation for team knowledge bases.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably for U.S.-based clients).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent.
- Proficiency in customer support platforms or CRMs (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic communication style.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly.
