Job Description
Customer Service Representative providing support to UK clients remotely. Handling inquiries and resolving issues in a dynamic and communicative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries have been resolved satisfactorily
- Collaborate with internal teams to address product or service-related questions
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with management
- Uphold brand standards and a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and helpdesk software (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously and work under pressure
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills in a remote environment
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps recommended)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for calls and video meetings
