Job Description
Customer Success Associate working with eCommerce brands to drive marketing performance and client engagement. Analyzing data and executing campaigns in the Wunderkind platform specifically.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Set up and optimize marketing campaigns, including SMS, email, and onsite strategies in the back-end of the Wunderkind platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Professional Services) to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience or previous internship in Marketing, Client Services, or a related field.
- Experience with eCommerce, email marketing, or website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in a related area.
