Job Description
Customer Success Intern supporting Clinical Intelligence team at Reveleer. Focusing on documentation, AI tool evaluation, and CRM support in remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Capture, document, and standardize key internal workflows
- Research, test, and pilot AI applications to identify opportunities to automate tasks
- Support HubSpot data quality by maintaining accurate customer information and account activities
- Collaborate closely with CSMs, Team Leads, and cross-functional partners
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, organized documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with others and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
