Job Description
Customer Success Manager overseeing the customer journey for MentorImmo's real estate investment services. Working closely with mentor clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly check-ins with mentees via video call to assess their progress
- Managing mentees' progress through the program's four phases
- Identifying and resolving obstacles encountered by mentees
- Coordinating with the Mentor Immo ecosystem and liaising with the internal team
- Driving client engagement and satisfaction through monitoring mentees' activities
- Building the CSM function, including creating processes and tracking tools
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Manager, or premium client management role
- Proficiency with Notion (CRM management, dashboards, project tracking)
- Comfortable using Slack and video conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken
