Job Description
Customer Success Manager ensuring 90% adoption of MagicSchool among mid-level schools and districts. Driving product adoption, renewals, and enhancing relationships in the education community.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product adoption to ensure at least 90 percent of your assigned portfolio adopts MagicSchool into their weekly workflow.
- Achieve a contract renewal rate of 90 percent or higher.
- Identify expansion opportunities to drive a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) rate of at least 110 percent annually.
- Monitor school health data to triage underperforming accounts and design specific intervention programs.
- Build trust and influence with teachers and administrators to secure buy-in from key decision makers.
Requirements:
- Customer Success expertise with a proven track record in a customer facing role.
- Relational intelligence to build strong bonds with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Detail oriented with operational excellence and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in educational background as a teacher or within an EdTech company preferred.
