Job Description
Customer Success Manager driving eCommerce client success through optimization of DatAds software. Collaborating with teams to integrate and enhance marketing strategies with AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Success & Consulting: Support and further develop our eCommerce and agency clients. You analyze existing setups, identify optimization opportunities, and help integrate DatAds more effectively into their daily workflows.
- Customer Support: Conduct regular calls with clients, provide support via Slack, and actively assist with strategic questions regarding their creatives and campaigns.
- Upselling & Reactivation: Identify growth opportunities with existing customers and proactively reach out to inactive or former leads via our CRM.
- Communication & Content: Create copy, emails, and short updates to support customer retention, communicate successes, and assist sales activities.
- Collaboration & Initiative: Work closely with the two founders, Max and Daniel, contribute your own ideas, and continuously improve our internal processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Performance Ads (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok) — both in operational campaign management and strategic setup.
- Ideally experience in an agency or as a freelancer — you understand the dynamics, responsibility, and self-drive that come with it.
- Hands-on mentality — you take action rather than only analyze and find pragmatic solutions.
- Growth mindset & self-motivation: You want to see results, take ownership, and build something meaningful.
- Confident, personable presence in client communication — both written and in video calls.
- Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
