Job Description
Social Media Intern with Transparent Hiring supporting content creation and execution in a fast-growing relocation agency. Seeking fluent English and Russian speakers in Serbia, Georgia, or Armenia.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the creation of social media content (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn): carousels, posts, and reels;
- Assisting with visual design in Figma / Canva / Photoshop in line with brand guidelines;
- Assisting in writing captions and structuring content;
- Assisting in identifying and sourcing relevant bloggers/influencers;
- Supporting communication with influencers and coordination of basic collaboration processes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Russian (fluent)
- Strong visual taste
- Confident use of: Figma, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut
- Understanding of social media formats and content structure
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset and reliability
- Previous experience working in SMM (internships or freelance) would be a plus
- Portfolio with real examples of content
