Job Description

Social Media Coordinator managing and growing social media presence for UK-based clients. Entry-level opportunity with training and no formal experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Monitoring social media channels and engaging with followers and comments
  • Assisting with content planning and monthly social media calendars
  • Tracking performance metrics and preparing basic reports
  • Researching trends and competitor activity to inform content strategies
  • Collaborating with clients to align content with brand voice and goals
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and digital promotions

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms as a user
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visually appealing content
  • Basic understanding of Canva or similar design tools (advantageous)
  • No prior professional experience required — eagerness to learn is key
