Job Description
Social Media Coordinator managing and growing social media presence for UK-based clients. Entry-level opportunity with training and no formal experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitoring social media channels and engaging with followers and comments
- Assisting with content planning and monthly social media calendars
- Tracking performance metrics and preparing basic reports
- Researching trends and competitor activity to inform content strategies
- Collaborating with clients to align content with brand voice and goals
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and digital promotions
Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Strong written English communication skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms as a user
- Creative mindset with an eye for visually appealing content
- Basic understanding of Canva or similar design tools (advantageous)
- No prior professional experience required — eagerness to learn is key
