Job Description
Customer Success Manager at Spacelift managing customer relationships and driving product adoption. Focused on delivering value and improving customer experiences with infrastructure management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Being the trusted advocate of customers needs to drive success
- Own long-term customer relationships
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
- Establish clear customer retention goals through business review cadences
- Promote product value through customer experience
- Continuously promote and drive renewals and/or expansion opportunities
- Manage account escalations by coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A proven work experience of 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager or customer-facing role
- Has understanding and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling
- Terraform and AWS experience is a must
- CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible, and Kubernetes experience is a plus
- Renewal, Expansion, and Growth selling experience
- Ability to document and report on issues and enhancements
- Accountability and personal organisation are essential
- Technical skills required as they relate to the use of the product or service
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
