Job Description

Customer Success Specialist supporting clients with TraderFox software. Engaging with customers through video calls, phone, and written communication to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and support traders in using the TraderFox software.
  • Advise and assist our customers via video call, phone and written communication
  • Provide support with questions about the TraderFox software and its features
  • Record, analyze and resolve technical issues
  • Assess whether challenges are software-related or arise from the trading process itself
  • Relay feedback and improvement suggestions to internal teams
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and service-oriented support

Requirements:

  • You are an outgoing person and enjoy communicating with customers
  • Solid knowledge of and a strong interest in trading and the stock market
  • Excellent communication skills in video calls, on the phone, and in writing
  • Confident and experienced use of software and digital tools
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Flexibility, reliability and team spirit
  • German language skills at C2 level and English skills at C1 level
