Job Description
Customer Success Specialist supporting clients with TraderFox software. Engaging with customers through video calls, phone, and written communication to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and support traders in using the TraderFox software.
- Advise and assist our customers via video call, phone and written communication
- Provide support with questions about the TraderFox software and its features
- Record, analyze and resolve technical issues
- Assess whether challenges are software-related or arise from the trading process itself
- Relay feedback and improvement suggestions to internal teams
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and service-oriented support
Requirements:
- You are an outgoing person and enjoy communicating with customers
- Solid knowledge of and a strong interest in trading and the stock market
- Excellent communication skills in video calls, on the phone, and in writing
- Confident and experienced use of software and digital tools
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Flexibility, reliability and team spirit
- German language skills at C2 level and English skills at C1 level
