Job Description
Customer Success role enhancing client relationships for a digital travel company in expansion. Responsible for onboarding, performance tracking, and consultative support for diverse clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic onboarding for new clients**• Ensure clarity on goals, expectations, and deliverables**• Monitor client journey and performance**• Hold alignment meetings and follow-up calls**• Identify expansion and renewal opportunities**• Anticipate risks and act proactively to retain clients**• Build a consultative and trust-based relationship**• Maintain CRM with accuracy and keep the pipeline organized**• Generate reports and performance analyses for the portfolio**• Act as an active bridge between the client and internal teams
