Job Description
Customer Success Manager at DatAds focusing on eCommerce and Agency clients. Analyzing setups, providing support, and identifying growth opportunities in a dynamic remote startup.
Responsibilities:
- Customer success & consulting: Support and development of our eCom & agency clients.
- You analyze existing setups, identify optimization opportunities, and help integrate DatAds more effectively into their daily processes.
- Customer support: Conduct regular calls with clients, provide assistance via Slack, and actively support strategic questions around their creatives & campaigns.
- Upselling & reactivation: Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and proactively reach out to inactive or former leads through our CRM.
- Communication & content: Create texts, emails, and short updates for customer retention, success communication, and to support sales activities.
- Collaboration & initiative: Work closely with the two founders Max and Daniel, bring your own ideas, and continuously improve our internal processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in performance advertising (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok) – both in operational campaign management and strategic setup.
- Ideally experience at an agency or as a freelancer – you understand the dynamics, responsibility, and initiative that come with it.
- Hands-on mentality – you take action instead of just analyzing and find pragmatic solutions.
- Growth mindset & self-motivation: You want to see results, take ownership, and build something.
- Confident, personable communication with clients – both written and in video calls.
- Fluent German and good English, spoken and written.
