Job Description

Customer Support Specialist providing multi-channel support to clients using a software platform. Must have experience in customer support and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support through calls, email, and chat
  • Assist locator clients in navigating our platform
  • Explain features and guide users step-by-step
  • Troubleshoot common issues and provide solutions
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of BPO or customer support experience
  • Experience handling voice and non-voice support
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable learning and using software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and home workspace
  • Available to work US Central Time hours
