Job Description
Direct Sales Manager leading D2D and direct sales operations for Vyve Broadband across non-urban communities. Driving results, managing teams, and ensuring compliance and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Door-to-Door and direct sales performance
- Manage internal teams and third-party partners
- Use CRM reporting to drive decisions and forecast results
- Ensure offer strategy compliance and exceptional customer experience
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent
- Provide in-market field support and travel as needed across assigned territories.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years' D2D sales leadership experience
