Job Description
Data Analyst managing marketing performance analysis at Rentokil. Collaborating across technology and marketing to drive data-driven strategies and enhance website performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and opportunities to drive MQL growth
- Contribute to the implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives
- Develop and execute learning plans focused on the systemic improvement of website performance
- Design and maintain automated dashboards to provide real-time performance insights to stakeholders
- Generate comprehensive reports evaluating market performance and ROI for leadership
- Translate complex data sets into cohesive narratives that inform both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with technology teams to audit and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of marketing data
- Lead weekly performance review meetings to track campaign health and alignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent years of experience
- 3 or more years of experience in data analytics or digital marketing analytics is required
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R and experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
