Job Description
Data Centre & EPC Sales Manager driving commercial growth of Grid Automation portfolio in data centre market. Collaborating with cloud providers, EPC partners, and local sales teams in a high-impact role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle and early-stage positioning of Grid Automation solutions
- Develop and execute growth strategies across protection, control, automation, and digital substation portfolios
- Build and manage strong EPC partner networks
- Drive technical specification of Grid Automation technologies in EPC design packages
- Deliver technical workshops, design reviews, and commercial alignment
Requirements:
- Strong experience working with grid automation for high-voltage and medium-voltage substations
- Solid technical background discussing protection schemes, substation network designs, IEC 61850 engineering
- Commercial experience selling protection, automation, and SCADA systems
- Strong understanding of the wider ecosystem including utilities, transmission operators, and global EPC firms
- Relevant academic background in electrical or power engineering with training in IEC 61850, cybersecurity, and digital grid technologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
