Job Description
Data Collections Lead managing team recruitment and outreach for Centific's AI data projects. Leading participant recruitment strategies and ensuring project demand is met across US markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Outreach Community Partners across active US markets
- Own participant recruitment pipeline and drive team performance
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure participant supply meets project demand
- Assign markets/projects based on individual strengths and priorities
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment
- Drive outreach across multiple channels and identify demographic gaps
- Maintain and report team performance records and pipeline updates
- Lead onboarding of new team members with tools and training
Requirements:
- Fluent in English — required for all team and stakeholder communication
- Professional written and verbal communication; represents Centific credibly across all levels
- 2+ years direct people management with a track record of coaching and driving results
- 3+ years in recruitment, community outreach, or talent acquisition with a record of hitting pipeline targets
- Strong team-building skills; able to unify a distributed, diverse team
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel); comfortable with digital outreach platforms and open to AI-assisted tools
- Creative problem solver who navigates ambiguity and decides under time pressure.
