Job Description
Delivery Director leading CodeRoad’s nearshore software development services and client partnerships. Overseeing technical delivery, project performance, people development, and account expansion across Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale CodeRoad’s delivery organization, ensuring successful execution of high-quality client solutions.
- Act as a strategic technical partner, aligning client business needs with engineering and project management capabilities.
- Serve as the primary technical and delivery liaison for key clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and thought leadership.
- Support Sales in pre-sales engagements, proposals, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Advise on technology choices, architectures, scalability, security, quality, and delivery best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and MLOps for client solutions.
- Define and enforce internal delivery standards, quality frameworks, and Agile methodologies.
- Partner with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Tech Leads on project execution.
- Monitor delivery KPIs including velocity, quality, utilization, and defect rates.
- Participate in final technical and cultural interviews for candidates joining the Studio or specialized Accounts.
- Mentor and coach Program Managers, Architects, and Senior Project Managers.
- Implement career paths and growth frameworks with the COO and People team.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Maintain client and employee satisfaction, contribute to account expansion, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, and complete performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a senior technical leader or consultant in staff augmentation or software development services.
- Strong expertise across multiple platforms, frameworks, or delivery methodologies.
- Fluency in conversational English is mandatory; Spanish is highly preferred.
