Job Description
Professional Design Expert helping Mercor’s AI-lab partners evaluate product design and visual taste. Applying design judgment and professional file-creation experience to AI research projects.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage professional experience to make decisions about product design and taste preferences
- Work on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies
- Contribute human expertise to training and enhancing AI systems
- Collaborate with leading researchers
- Complete work remotely on a self-directed schedule
- Provide services as an independent contractor
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Experience in roles that require good taste in visual presentation
- Experience designing graphics, documents, or other files for professional purposes
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be able to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Proficiency in Slides, Sheets, Docs, and PDFs
- Based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada
- Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
