Job Description
Senior designer creating premium digital advertising, landing pages, and storyboards for New Engen’s in-house Donut Studios. Elevating creative quality for high-profile brand accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design output for high-profile clients across static ads, landing pages, and motion storyboards.
- Refine and elevate creative work to ensure high standards of craft, polish, and visual excellence.
- Create storyboards and visual frameworks for motion and video content.
- Partner with editors and motion designers to bring concepts to life.
- Support creative ideation and contribute to pitch decks for new and existing clients.
- Translate strategic ideas into visually engaging concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across deliverables while keeping designs fresh and platform-appropriate.
- Collaborate with design pod leads, creative strategists, and cross-functional partners.
- Share feedback and ideas to improve creative output across accounts.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design taste across digital advertising, including static ads, landing pages, and motion/storyboard work.
- Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with AI platforms to streamline workflow and generate images.
- Ability to translate brand guidelines into elevated, premium creative.
- Experience developing storyboards for motion and video content, including pacing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Comfort managing multiple brand accounts and adapting to different aesthetics, standards, and feedback styles.
- Ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver high-quality work with minimal direction.
- Strong attention to detail and design craft.
- Motion design or animation skills, such as After Effects. (Nice to have)
- Landing page and email design experience. (Nice to have)
- Experience in a performance creative or agency environment. (Nice to have)
- Experience designing for UI or app-based brands. (Nice to have)
