Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist at Esprow focusing on capital markets and trading systems with competitive global clients. Engaging in hands-on digital marketing across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and execute Esprow’s digital marketing initiatives across multiple communication channels, ensuring consistent delivery and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain marketing content including website materials, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and technical articles.
  • Plan and execute branding, SEO, content marketing, webinar programs, and broader digital campaign activities.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors for website development, branding, and other digital marketing-related projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to clearly and accurately communicate Esprow’s product capabilities and differentiators.
  • Strengthen the company’s online presence by improving messaging consistency and overall communication quality across channels.
  • Prepare marketing and event materials including sales collateral, conference assets, webinar content, and technical presentations.
  • Support technical marketing initiatives covering APIs, FIX Protocol, automated testing, certification, and capital markets technologies.
  • Use web analytics and marketing tools to track campaign performance and support continuous optimization of marketing activities.
  • Stay up to date with developments in digital marketing, financial technology, and enterprise software communication trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing within a technology or software company.
  • Experience working with enterprise technology products or highly technical software solutions.
  • Familiarity with technologies and domains such as API Lifecycle Management, automated API testing, FIX Protocol, trading platforms, exchange connectivity, middleware messaging technologies, and capital markets infrastructure.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and content creation skills with strong attention to detail and clarity.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in a clear and professional manner.
  • Experience with website content management, SEO, email marketing, webinars, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a distributed international team environment.
