Job Description

Digital Project Manager at ICF leading teams to enhance state and federal digital services. Collaborating with clients to align project deliverables with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of work for two cross-functional delivery teams focused on modernizing existing state and federal digital services and websites.
  • Work closely with team members and clients to help prioritize deliverables based on agreed-upon roadmaps.
  • Coordinate releases, track dependencies, and ensure work stays aligned to timelines and desired outcomes.
  • Strengthen how teams operate: refining intake and prioritization, improving Agile ceremonies, clarifying roles and decision paths.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 5+ years project management experience leading digital development efforts
  • At least 1 year working with Drupal or other open source applications
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen, required by the federal government client.
