Job Description
Senior Technical Project Manager overseeing external solutions for AI cloud services at Nebius. Leading project planning and execution across engineering and product teams while aligning stakeholder requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive planning and execution across multiple engineering and product teams.
- Align requirements from Sales, Partnerships, and other stakeholders.
- Help bring clarity and structure to how we launch new external services.
- Coordinate service releases, working with Legal.
- Prepare deployments to new datacenters.
- Manage expectations and demand signals from various internal and external groups.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a TPM driving multi-team programs or as an engineering manager/director; SWE background is a plus. staff engineer/staff architect is plus.
- Strong technical foundation (cloud architecture, infra, APIs, CI/CD, service deployments).
- Experience launching services, managing cross-team work, and aligning stakeholders without formal authority.
- Ability to work with Sales, Partnerships, Legal, and Engineering to manage expectations and consolidate external demand.
- Analytical mindset, experience with planning tools, and ability to adapt processes as the organization grows.
