Job Description
IT Project Manager delivering complex IT infrastructure and Azure cloud migration projects for international clients. Engaging in project documentation, vendor coordination, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology projects in line with defined scope and milestones
- Delivery support for Azure cloud migration initiatives
- Coordination of infrastructure deployments (network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud integration)
- Delivery of enterprise voice and unified communications initiatives (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS)
- Preparation of project documentation including schedules, delivery plans, and risk registers
- Reporting on agreed project performance metrics (scope, schedule, quality, risks)
- Coordination with engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders as required to deliver outcomes
- Maintenance of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
- Delivery of services in accordance with applicable security, governance, and architectural requirements defined by the client
- Contribution to post-engagement reviews and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience delivering IT project or program management services
- 4+ years’ experience delivering Azure cloud migration initiatives
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure transformation programs
- Experience providing consulting services to external enterprise clients
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors and system integrators
- Experience working with distributed and international project teams
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
- French language capability is a plus
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco UC, Zoom Phone)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Experience with ITIL or service transition processes
- Background in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments
