Job Description

Director of Client Delivery overseeing client programs and initiatives for healthcare revenue management. Ensuring service delivery and driving client satisfaction while managing new client implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a strategic client portfolio, aligning communication across clients, Operations, Client Success, and other service lines
  • Lead strategic client engagements and initiatives to strengthen relationships, improve outcomes, and support business growth
  • Manage new client implementations end-to-end, coordinating project plans, timelines, and stakeholders across internal and external teams
  • Ensure consistent service delivery by applying the Client Delivery operating framework, resolving complex issues/escalations, and driving client satisfaction
  • Produce and present client-facing reporting and run effective client meetings, while managing day-to-day requests, follow-through, and team culture/accountability

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of client-facing experience in hospital Revenue Cycle Management
  • Demonstrated change management experience
  • Experience working with or within large hospital systems
