Job Description
Senior Director of Professional Services leading major state delivery projects in workforce development. Building teams and relationships while driving modernization of delivery systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead state delivery implementations with real visibility and quality oversight.
- Manage large and varied portfolios spanning nonprofits and governmental agencies.

Requirements:
- Delivery leader with experience building and running professional services or implementation teams.
- Proven ability to develop player-coaches and grow leaders.
- Strong relationship-building skills to manage competing interests.
- Experience in workforce development, government technology, or compliance-heavy industries.
- Ability to handle a varied portfolio simultaneously
- Bias for action, comfortable owning the outcome.
