Job Description
Director leading clinical and business engagement for medication adherence solutions at Cprime, enhancing healthcare outcomes through innovative technology.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary healthcare-facing representative for the medication adherence platform built on Xspan
- Confidently engage physicians, clinical leadership, and healthcare executives in face-to-face and virtual settings
- Lead product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs tailored to clinical workflows and real-world use cases
- Clearly articulate the clinical, operational, and financial value of the platform
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear clinical and business outcomes
- Position the solution within broader care management, population health, and medication adherence strategies
- Act as a thought partner to healthcare stakeholders on improving adherence, patient engagement, and outcomes
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and BI teams to represent clinical stakeholder needs
- Provide structured feedback from physicians and operational users to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization
- Bridge communication between technical teams and healthcare stakeholders
- Identify barriers to adoption across clinical organizations and develop strategies to accelerate uptake and sustained usage
- Support clinical champions and leadership teams in integrating the solution into existing care workflows
- Serve as a long-term strategic advisor during rollout, expansion, and optimization phases
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably across provider organizations, health systems, digital health companies, or payer environments
- Demonstrated experience working directly with physicians and clinical leadership
- Background in digital health, population health, care management, medication adherence, or healthcare analytics platforms
- Exceptional executive presence and verbal articulation, particularly when engaging physicians and clinical leaders
- Strong ability to explain complex technical capabilities in clinically meaningful language
- Comfortable leading live demonstrations and strategic solution discussions
- Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and healthcare data
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain technical platform capabilities, integrations, and analytics outputs
- Experience acting as a translator between product/engineering teams and clinical stakeholders
- Credible and confident in physician-facing environments
- Naturally consultative with a solution-selling mindset
- Highly articulate storyteller who can connect technology to real-world patient care improvements.
