Job Description
Director of Corporate Systems at Harvey transforming legal services technology strategy. Leading teams to optimize Workday, NetSuite systems for hiring and finance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Own the corporate systems portfolio end-to-end
- Lead and grow a team
- Be the technical partner to the Finance & People orgs
- Run the Workday and NetSuite ecosystems like products
- Build the integration layer
- Set the security and compliance bar for corporate systems
- Be the executive voice for corporate systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/business systems
- Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP at a high-growth company
- Proven track record running the infrastructure for core business processes
- Experience managing the corporate systems portfolio through scaling milestones
- Strong technical fluency in integration patterns, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity
- Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong systems engineers and analysts in a remote/distributed team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with finance, people, and executive leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
