Job Description
Director of Education & Training for Smile Train managing education systems in LATAM. Lead initiatives to enhance cleft care education across regional stakeholders and institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and scaling Smile Train’s Education & Training function across LATAM
- Building and overseeing the education operating model
- Designing scalable education systems and curricula
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assess training needs
- Monitoring and evaluating education programs for impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Master’s degree in Education or related discipline preferred
- 10+ years of experience in education & training
- Proven track record in instructional design and curriculum development
- Fluency in English, Portuguese and/or Spanish.
- Experience in healthcare or global health environments
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
