Job Description

Engagement Lead overseeing client implementation initiatives for Gainwell Technologies. Ensuring quality and compliance in delivery while building senior-level client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads key client implementation initiatives through global delivery networks
  • Ensures quality and consistency of project delivery to clients
  • Provides leadership across delivery teams and owns executive-level client communication
  • Oversees engagement-level delivery budgets while ensuring compliance with contracts
  • Partners with legal and financial teams to assess compliance and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience, and leadership success
  • 15 or more years of related experience
  • 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Experience leading client delivery for public sector or Medicaid Enterprise programs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
