Job Description
Engagement Lead overseeing client implementation initiatives for Gainwell Technologies. Ensuring quality and compliance in delivery while building senior-level client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Leads key client implementation initiatives through global delivery networks
- Ensures quality and consistency of project delivery to clients
- Provides leadership across delivery teams and owns executive-level client communication
- Oversees engagement-level delivery budgets while ensuring compliance with contracts
- Partners with legal and financial teams to assess compliance and best practices
Requirements:
- Master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience, and leadership success
- 15 or more years of related experience
- 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Experience leading client delivery for public sector or Medicaid Enterprise programs
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
