Job Description

Region Director leading diverse teams focused on sales and customer experience at Ingersoll Rand. Overseeing regional strategies for market share growth and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead various teams, including account managers and sales managers in the distribution channel
  • Lead territory planning, pipeline development, and performance management across the region
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior roles in industrial B2B sales
  • Valid driver's license
