Job Description
Director of North America Channels leading strategy for channel partnerships at Horizon3.ai. Focused on fostering partner relationships and driving revenue growth in the cybersecurity field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of channel partnerships across North America.
- Develop and implement the channel strategy for revenue and market share goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of channel partners.
- Set performance metrics and KPIs for channel partners, monitoring progress and accountability.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel initiatives with overall business strategy.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful channel programs in North America.
- Experience in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical B2B environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple functions.
- Proficiency in CRM and channel management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
