Job Description
Director leading enterprise PMO governance, portfolio delivery, and transformation initiatives. Driving execution discipline and private equity value realization across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, lead, and govern a centralized enterprise-wide PMO framework
- Drive execution discipline, prioritization, and value realization across the organization
- Ensure strategic initiatives, operational programs, and technology investments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to private equity value-creation objectives
- Oversee the enterprise project and program portfolio, including status, dependencies, risks, and financial impact
- Support private equity value-creation initiatives, add-on integrations, and transformation programs
- Apply Lean and process improvement principles to improve delivery efficiency and reduce execution friction
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing EPMO team
- Own PMO tools, dashboards, and reporting standards
- Provide portfolio transparency and executive decision support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Health Administration or a related field
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management
- 5+ years leading enterprise change or transformation initiatives
- Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm OR proven enterprise PMO leadership at a comparable operating company
- MBA or Master's preferred
- Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner/Project, Power BI, and SharePoint
