Job Description
Project Manager delivering health communications projects for Inizio Evoke Comms, a global health communications agency. Coordinating plans, budgets, QA, billing, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and ensure the timely, process-driven delivery of multiple simultaneous projects
- Support account and specialty teams
- Develop and execute project plans
- Work with creative and social teams to resolve project or timeline issues
- Incorporate and ensure adherence to QA processes throughout each project phase
- Proactively escalate potential issues affecting timelines or budgets
- Collaborate with Operations on staffing, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate daily project status and key next steps
- Follow up with team members on action items
- Coordinate monthly billing with Finance
- Update budget trackers and develop burn reports
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree
- 1-2+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience in a marketing communications agency setting preferred
- Recognized project management aptitude
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Excel, specifically pivot tables
- Familiarity with Smartsheet
