Job Description
Director of Enterprise Sales at Cengage Group managing a sales team and growing enterprise accounts. Building relationships with executives and overseeing the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Own and complete a revenue strategy for acquiring and growing enterprise accounts
- Build positive relationships with C-level executives
- Coordinate the entire sales process
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- 3+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and scaling teams of 5+ people
- Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals of $100K+
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs
