Job Description

Cisco Capital director driving global financing sales for Software, Services, and CX. Leading strategy, $4B-plus volumes, executive partnerships, and high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the business development and integration strategy for Software, Services, and Customer Experience globally
  • Drive significant growth and scale while balancing enablement, profitability, and risk management
  • Design and present financing sales strategies
  • Oversee annual financing volumes exceeding $4B across Enterprise, Service Provider, Commercial, and Public Sector segments
  • Scale opportunities across the US, Canada, and Latin America
  • Leverage sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Provide input to Go-To-Market and Operations workstreams
  • Influence and integrate with Cisco Sales SVPs and VPs
  • Contribute to the Cisco Management Team
  • Build executive-level relationships with internal business partners and external channel partners
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on critical GTM projects
  • Coordinate with Cisco Capital activities to support business functions
  • Define, recruit, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team
  • Lead and develop a diverse team of sales professionals and managers
  • Communicate the company vision, GTM strategy, and execution plans

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience, ideally at the director level or above
  • Executive acumen to support strategic engagements
  • Significant experience in financial leadership and strategic business management
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into scalable business strategies
  • Ability to perform international travel as required by the business
