Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst owning FP&A, recurring-revenue analysis, and board reporting for Harrison.ai’s diagnostic healthcare AI business. Defining consistent financial reporting across six regions and multiple business lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the monthly management reporting cycle for squad-based and entity-level P&L
  • Prepare actuals-versus-budget variance analysis and explanatory commentary
  • Build and maintain the FY budget and rolling forecast across squads and entities for the Australian fiscal year
  • Report CARR and movements including new business, expansion, and churn
  • Reconcile Salesforce opportunity data to signed contracts
  • Work with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes
  • Model unit economics for SaaS and teleradiology services, including per-study and per-site pricing
  • Prepare board-pack and QBR schedules for the CEO Office
  • Support investor relations with underlying financial analysis
  • Collaborate with the data team on NetSuite and Databricks reporting pipelines
  • Support audit, statutory reporting, IPO-readiness, segregation-of-duties, and control-documentation workstreams
  • Provide Commercial deal support for tenders, pricing, and business cases
  • Perform Legal-owned Limits of Authority checks
  • Define the group’s reporting model across six regions and multiple business lines
  • Report to the CFO as an individual contributor

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in FP&A, transaction services or investment banking
  • Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation, including FX translation
  • Strong three-statement and driver-based financial modelling
  • SQL or Python proficiency sufficient to pull own data
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • ERP experience
  • Ability to write clear financial commentary for executive and Board audiences
  • CA, CPA or CFA (nice to have)
  • NetSuite experience (nice to have)
  • Salesforce or Databricks experience (nice to have)
  • SaaS or recurring-revenue metrics experience, including ARR, net revenue retention, and cohort analysis (nice to have)
  • Healthcare, medical device or regulated-industry experience (nice to have)
  • Pre-IPO or listed-company reporting experience (nice to have)
