Job Description
Director of Growth Marketing at Circle Medical, focused on making high-quality healthcare accessible through innovative marketing strategies. Leading consumer marketing across various channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team responsible for Circle Medical's consumer marketing strategy across email, SMS/phone-based outreach, web, social, and paid channels.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive consumer paid advertising strategy.
- Partner with Analytics on building monitoring and tracking mechanisms for continuous campaign refinement to maximize ROI.
- Ensure a seamless, consistent, and cohesive patient experience.
- Maintain brand voice that is warm, clear, and trustworthy.
- Collaborate on the quarterly experimentation roadmap and deployment of various experiments.
- Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights from data.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with insurance-based healthcare models, RCM, or payer marketing
- Experience with measurement-based care, outcomes marketing, or clinical quality reporting
- Comfort with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices and healthcare advertising restrictions
- Familiar with insurance plans and RCM
