Job Description
Director of HR Business Partner developing and implementing talent strategies for Mariner. Leading HR initiatives and driving organizational performance across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to design and implement talent strategies
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change
- Oversee effective development and delivery of performance management
- Drive alignment of programs and policies across the company
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in an HR business partner role
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
- Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success building trusting partnerships
- Experience consulting with and coaching business leaders
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong aptitude to leverage technology tools and applications
- In-depth experience in HR disciplines
