Job Description
Caregiver Relations Consultant II focusing on employee relations within healthcare organization. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and improving workplace environments.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers who face employee relations matters
- Ensuring consistent approaches to positive employee and labor relations
- Compliance with HR policies, regulatory and policy requirements and standards
- Conducting investigations and recommendations for workplace environment improvement
- Employee relations research, identifying trends and patterns and need for critical intervention
- Labor relations research, dispute alternatives and policy development
- Effective recordkeeping and data integrity
- Maintaining HR metrics and dashboards and reports to other HR professionals
Requirements:
- Five years' Experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business.
- Five years Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence.
- Five years Demonstrated experience providing high-touch customer service in 'concierge' style environment.
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Upon hire: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute Or
- Upon hire: Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Or
- Upon hire: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - Human Resource Certification Institute Or
- Upon hire: Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) (preferred)
