Job Description
Director of Infrastructure developing multi-cloud solutions for healthcare software company Reveleer. Responsible for leading cloud operations and ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure for AI/ML services.
Responsibilities:
- Own cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including computer, storage, networking, and security controls.
- Lead EKS and container platform operations (cluster lifecycle, RBAC, networking, upgrades, security controls).
- Manage Lambda and other serverless workloads supporting event-driven and microservice architectures.
- Oversee CI/CD, blue/green, and canary deployments, and continuous improvement of release reliability.
- Lead observability and monitoring using New Relic, CloudWatch, and related tooling (metrics, logs, traces, alerting).
- Own network infrastructure across clouds: VPC design, routing, firewall/security group rules, load balancers, ingress/egress policies, and connectivity.
- Implement proactive cloud infrastructure management, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and runtime optimization.
- Drive cost optimization for compute, storage, and data transfer; ensure right-sizing, cloud cost forecasting (reserved instances, savings plans etc) and autoscaling strategies.
- Enhance infrastructure security (IAM, RBAC, secrets, network security, WAF, DDOS protection, secure access patterns).
- Oversee infrastructure needed to support AI/ML models and frameworks, including AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, and related LLM/ML services.
- Lead incident management, on-call rotations, and post-incident improvement.
- Collaborate with Security and Engineering to ensure compliance with HIPAA/HITRUST and internal security guardrails.
- Lead and mentor a distributed infrastructure team across US and India.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles; 3+ years in leadership for SaaS or multi-cloud environments.
- Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, cloud networking, IAM, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, CloudWatch) and incident response practices.
- Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of multi-cloud design patterns (Azure, GCP).
- Strong communicator with experience managing distributed teams.
