Job Description
Director of New Businesses at KOHO leading product scaling efforts from zero to one. Managing a team of Product Managers to ensure successful execution of new business ventures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers.
- Drive execution quality across the portfolio.
- Coach PMs through ambiguity.
- Own the operating cadence.
- Unblock pods across the org.
- Translate between pods and the executive team.
- Set the standard for what "scaling" looks like.
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years in product, including direct experience managing Product Managers.
- Deep 0→1 experience.
- Strong operator.
- Coach, not a hero.
- High agency.
- AI-native builder.
- Clear communicator.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, intolerant of drift.
